Digital Content Specialist

Description: The Beasley Media Group (KCYE, KDWN, KKLZ, KOAS, and KVGS) has an immediate opening for an in-house Digital Content Specialist for the Las Vegas market.

Responsibilities
• Produce, write and post creative text and video for our 5 Las Vegas stations, with a focus on strong audience engagement for our websites and social platforms
• Work with on-air talent to help manage and market the digital extension of our stations’ brands through our digital channels
• Collaborate and work with our programming, promotions, marketing and sales departments
• Schedule video shoots and on-site event coverage
• Ensure daily that all websites and social media platforms are updated, fresh and error-free
• Leverage social media algorithms (SEO/SEM) to maximize audience growth and engagement with on on-air team
• Coordinate the participation of stations’ Program Directors and on-air talent for all digital efforts; this includes working with the entire team to ensure they are delivering quality digital content; facilitate training sessions to improve the team’s digital competency
• The Digital Content Specialist will report to the Digital Program Director for all things digital, from conceptualization of ideas to understanding and monitoring performance metrics (While also working with our Operations manager and PD’s)

Qualifications
• Prior experience reporting/writing/repurposing content through media distribution channels
• Must be experienced in all social networking sites and Social News Desk a plus
• Experience in WordPress
• Able to thrive within a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines & schedules
• Extremely organized and able to multi-task
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Understands radio/music industry and is able to work well with all talent and industry players
• Proficient in Adobe CS Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
• Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work independently and eager to learn

Digital Coordinator
Full Time

Beasley Media Group Las Vegas has a unique opportunity for a Digital Project Coordinator, capable of managing multiple digital campaigns for our sales teams at KKLZ, KVGS, KDWN, KCYE, and KOAS.
You will be working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, responsible for properly executing our digital campaigns.

Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with Digital Sales Manager on all digital media campaigns
• Traffic and monitor advertising for programmatic and local display campaigns
• Review campaign data, develop insights, and optimize performance
• Build weekly digital advertising reports and end-of-campaign recaps
• Collaborate with our internal design and video teams for asset delivery and best practices
• Maintain relationships through daily / weekly conversations with our technology partners
• Coordinate with our internal social media stakeholders on social media campaigns
• Create resources for the internal team, including case studies and sales materials

Technical Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience managing campaigns within digital ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Triton Digital, and Facebook Ad Manager are preferred)
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• A clear understanding of programmatic advertising, and the ability to plan and manage digital programmatic advertising campaigns
• Strong project management skills with proven abilities to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, collaborate across departments and internal and external partners
• Incredibly high attention to detail – errors, typos, and inconsistencies really irritate you
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics
• Working knowledge of HTML, Google Tag Manager, and WordPress
• Basic photo editing / Photoshop skills are a plus
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Digital Sales Executive

Description: Beasley Media Group LLC/Las Vegas digital sales team is growing again! We are looking for a motivated, out of the box digital strategist and sales maven with 3-5 years digital sales experience to join our team.

This job requires the ability to develop new business, grow existing digital revenue while developing and retaining strong client relationships. BMG-Las Vegas’s solution-based approach and robust menu of digital products requires that this Digital Sales Executive possess a deep understanding of the entire digital advertising landscape. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in display advertising, email marketing, social and content marketing, SEM, SEO as well as analytical, organized, solution-minded, and customer-centric.

Qualifications:
• Hunt: Develop new business
• Perform probing CNA’s to uncover client’s goals and strategic objectives
• Create custom programs in conjunction with our support Pods to achieve client’s objectives
• Present, close, and renew
• Work with clients and our support Pods to optimize campaigns
• Post campaign, review custom performance reports that effectively analyze how the customer goals were met or exceeded with the goal of increasing retention and upsell
