Some things are nothing but awful, but you need to know about them. This is one of those.
The Raiders’ Henry Ruggs has transformed from almost-superstar NFL receiver to…something terrible.
This morning, at about 3:39am, he was involved in a fatal car accident near the corner of Rainbow and Spring Valley Parkway. Someone died. Ruggs will be charged with DUI resulting in death.
One word: heartbreaking. We don’t know who the victim is, but we can imagine how soul-crushing this is for their entire family.
Here’s what Metro had to say about it.

And here’s a statement from the Raiders.
We wish there was something we could say here that would make any of this even a tiny bit less awful. There isn’t. We weep for the victim, their family and other loved ones.
