It’s been three years since Kesha dropped Rainbow, but her new album is finally out. “HIGH ROAD IS FINALLY HERE!!!!!! Y’all finally get to hear what I’ve been concocting this past year!!!,” Kesha wrote on social media.

She also posted, “WE DID IT ANIMALS OMG IM DYING DEAD AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGGGG THABJ U THANJ U THANK U THANJ YOUUUUUU,” in response to her album hitting number one on iTunes.

Kesha’s diehard fans who have been patiently awaiting the album’s release, are ecstatic about the  new project and how she’s grown as an artist. “Kesha just proved that u can release pop perfection without having to work with an abuser. she continues to outdo herself. this really is a defining pop culture moment, i love to see it,” one twitter user wrote. Another added, “Kesha featuring the alter-ego she abandoned 8 years ago on a song on her new album is the self-referential power move I’ve been waiting for in 2020.”
