Even though Vegas Golden Knights hockey is over that doesn’t mean that the team isn’t making any moves!

The Henderson City Council unanimously approved for a VGK hockey rink on Water Street.

The multi-million dollar agreement states that the new rink will replace the Henderson Convention Center, about 3.2 acres.

Just like City National Arena, the team’s official practice rink, the Henderson rink will house two NHL sized rinks, restaurant and a retail store.

While the new rink isn’t going to replace City National Arena it will be used for youth hockey leagues!
