Las Vegas is getting prepared for an invasion in 2019. No, not talking about a Martian invasion like in Tim Burton’s classic movie Mars Attacks!
Burton is invading Las Vegas for a different reason this time. He’s unveiling a new art exhibit at Downtown’s Neon Museum. The exhibit will run from October 15, 2019 to February 15, 2020. Burton’s exhibit will be held at the museum's outdoor Boneyard and at Boneyard Park across from the visitor's center.
It’s been almost 10 years since Burton has showcased any art. The last time he did was at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, in 2011. That exhibit brought over 700 drawings, paintings, film and video works! Burton's possibilities for creativity in Las Vegas will definitely show. He'll have the space in Las Vegas.
Let's just hope Jack Black doesn't get vaporized this time! For information about Tim Burton's exhibit visit the Neon Museum website.
